As a massage therapist, I work to help my clients heal and become educated about their bodies. I do compilation massage, so each massage uses a variety of techniques tailored to each client depending on their individual needs and where they're at in their body.

I do what I do because I love to be a source of positive, helpful and healing energy for others.  Doing this work makes me happy and I feel that I can make the world a better place by helping others to help themselves and be their best!  When I was in the military, I saw so many of my friends and colleagues suffering from a variety of pains -- I wanted so much to be able to help them!  Hugs alone can do wonders, but can't create change in the body at the level that bodywork therapy can.  So as I learned more about myself, I came to know that work such as massage therapy was my passion.  It appealed to my desire to help others as well as my hands-on approach to much of life.

A little bit about me:

I am a sister to 6 siblings whom I grew up with, and to 7 step and half siblings.  I've learned a lot about life from them all!  My parents have always been very into alternative medicine, so I had an expanded view of various healthy lifeways from a young age.

I enjoy exploring Nature anywhere and in as many ways as I can!  I love to go hiking, climb trees, do archery, rock climb, and anything else I can get my hands on!

I also love to create art in various forms, especially when it can be functional.  I am currently very much enjoying the art of blacksmithing!

As a veteran, I am empassioned by the opportunity to help my fellow brothers and sisters in all branches and eras of service.  It is my privilege and an honor to be able to give back to them through my skills as a therapist.
